A submitted URL is a candidate, not a published fact. Eddy checks it before diners see it.
The restaurant name and destination must match.
The page must show evidence for the submitted market or location.
The destination must provide a real ordering path over HTTPS.

Send the restaurant, market, ordering destination, and a contact address through the candidate form.
Eddy checks network safety, restaurant identity, location, and ordering evidence. Ambiguous cases go to an exception queue.
Exact duplicates can reaffirm an existing verified link. New or different destinations stay private pending manual evidence review.
A submission records partner interest only. It does not prove ownership or unlock a dashboard, reporting, or placement.
Paid placement is disabled while Eddy validates usefulness and attribution. Verified truth, not sponsorship, controls eligibility.
